五、性状：白色晶体粉末或者薄片，微带醋酸味，可溶于水或乙醇。溶于水和乙醇。在100℃失去结晶水，熔点237℃。
六、用途：在食品工业中用作营养强化剂。可作为印染媒染剂， 医药收敛剂，木材防腐剂，瓷器釉料等，也可用于制锌盐、测定钠，硫化氢，蛋白的试剂、色谱分析试剂，媒染剂用于聚酯工业等。
七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg。
八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It is a white crystalline powder or sheet with a slight acetic acid flavor and is soluble in water or ethanol. Soluble in water and ethanol. The crystal water is lost at 100 ℃ and the melting point is 237 ℃.
6、Usage: Used as a nutritional fortifier in the food industry. It can be used as printing and dyeing mordant, medicine convergent agent, wood preservative, porcelain glaze, etc., it can also be used in the production of zinc salt, determination of sodium, hydrogen sulfide, protein reagent, chromatography reagent, mordant for polyester industry.
